I used to use a different soap but it would leave my skin dry. I switched to Dove soap and no longer have this issue. It also has a nice fresh scent which is appealing.

Great men's soap. I bought it for my son to use after his basketball practice. That is a time when cologne is excessive. The fragrance is a nice alternative, he smells clean and fresh. Mild enough for the face. It can be expensive and will not last long if you use as a full body bar, but worth the splurge.

Dove Men Hand & Body

Is not "extra fresh" like the liquid version.  I have used the liquid for some time, but prefer a bar.  The liquid has a nice menthol component and they seem to have left that out.  Maybe is won't work in a bar, but the name of this soap should be "soap" since it is just ordinary and not extra fresh without the menthol.
