i love the pillows at the Fairmont and checked the tag. bought from this same company and LOVE my pillows, the support when sitting up reading and the support laying down to sleep. i struggle with pillows, slipping off them and end up sleeping on the mattress or cranking my neck. these pillows made a huge difference for me. highly recommend!

Pillow is fantastic and my wife has stolen it away so I just ordered another pillow along with a new duvet and cover.

I've had what I thought were good pillows for years.

recently I realized I was having harder times falling asleep and kept thinking of sleeping on the floor at my mom's when visiting. Mom and o talked then narrowed it down to her pillows, which were goose down.

Immediately we began our phone searches and found these as the best option. 

Mom visited me yesterday and asked how they were. My reply?

"I'm sleeping better and more comfortably than I have in years!"

Game changers!

Over the years we've tried various different pillows which have been readily available, all have disappointed. Finally we decided to search for a specialist pillow manufacturer, found this site and ordered two pillows based on the other reviews. Two weeks in, I can say with certainty that these pillows are awesome, they're what we've always wanted, firm and supportive yet soft and comfortable. It's only fair to add another positive review to help others in their decision making.

Finally the right pillow

After using puffy box store pillows for years, using a down pillow took some getting used to. The first couple of days I felt it was too flat. But then I started to notice how my neck was less sore in the morning.  I'm a back and side sleeper and use a CPAP machine and the pillow adjusts to my movements and doesn't get in the way of my tubing. I'm really glad I got this pillow, my sleep has improved significantly.

Takes some getting used to

I have tried many different pillows and paid a fortune: latex, latex chip, barley, wool.  From childhood on i was a feather pillow user and so i figured i would go back to feathers. I bought this pillow and a full white goose down pillow. This pillow is harder than what i was looking for but it still gets used as i alternate between this one and the goose down. I had a discussion with the salesperson who explained exactly how this pillow worked so i went in eyes wide open. I have no complaints and i have not noticed any smell but perhaps i am used to feather pillows. There is good neck support. I do find that when sleeping on my back my head does ache, which just means a change in position.

To all those that gave negative feedback you obviously did not do your research or ask questions.

Side Front and Back sleeper

I purchased two of these and I am very disappointed.  I spoke with a salesperson to help me choose the right pillow and did not get the advice I needed.  I told him I was a side and front sleeper and preferred a flatter style pillow.  This pillow is far too hefty and does not compress flat enough for stomach or even side sleep.  I now need to try to take it apart and remove some of the stuffing.

Down Perfect Pillow

I purchased the standard firm pillow based on the quiz results and the marketing that the pillow is firm enough for side sleeping. Within 10 minutes of trying out the pillow it was flat as a pancake. I woke up numerous times throughout the night needing to fluff the pillow to get any support and woke up with a sore neck. I immediately reached out to the company and was given no option except to pay more than what the pillow is worth to have it shipped back to have more stuffing put in. I purchased the firm pillow so I wouldn't have to worry about needing more stuffing. The marketing of this item is very misleading and I have no idea how it attracts so many high reviews. I was hoping to support a Canadian company but will have to look at the many other companies that offer a free trial period and return.
