Due to having surgery I wanted a safe liquid soap to use in the shower that wasn't too harsh on my skin or on the stitches. This soap fits the bill. Gentle soap that really does a good job cleaning. It smells divine as well. Not too strong, but still leaves a hint of lavender afterwards. Sudses up well when using my exfoliating cloth, too! Good price.

I've been using Bronner's since the late '90s and it has never failed. The gallon size is still a great value despite inflation. I refill my old 16oz and 32oz bottles to cut back on waste. The peppermint soap has been a mainstay in my home. I always recommend using the peppermint liquid during warm/hot baths and showers when people are congested or have sinus issues. Deep breathing while using the peppermint soap does wonders for stress and anxiety.

Product that never fails!

This was a great buy and very cost efficient for me and my family. I've always loved this brand and will definitely be back to buy more scents. My favorite so far are the Almond and Peppermint.

I put the incorrect review for this soap under my toothpaste review. Oops. This is an excellent soap that cleans well and rinses with no residue. You just feel truly clean with no sticky stuff or barfy heavy fragrance that are in every product in america

Lovely soap!

We have been using this soap for years. Nothing feels as clean. I have even diluted it to clean our bathroom. If you add a little of their tea tree soap, you can disinfect and clean and everything smells fantastic. We started using it years ago, because my son had eczema, and this was the only thing that did not irritate his skin. I would give it more than five stars if that was available. The Sal Suds also does an exceptional job on our laundry. The website is a fantastic resource for those who want to move away from commercial products that use all kinds of chemicals but irritate the skin and don't completely wash away. I love to buy the gallon jug, because it is so economical. Thank you for continuing to produce such a quality and safe product.

I have been using Dr. Bonner soap for over 17 years now and I love the product. However, this last purchase where I purchased a gallon size peppermint scented soap the soap when it arrived was not the familiar sent. I'm accustomed to the fresh aroma of peppermint.
. I was just wondering if the product our ingredients have changed. Very disappointing, especially that I have purchased a whole gallon size of the product and it does not have the same fresh aroma as previous.
