I bought the Dr. Oetker gelling powder for a cantaloupe pie and it worked great! Even though my cantaloupe was very juicy that didn't interfere with the gelatine and my pie was nice and firm as I was hoping! It was my first time making this pie with this product and would do it again!

Me and my children love making panna cotta and we used this to make one and it was very easy to use and it was setting faster than other product that Ive used before.

I recently purchased the Dr. Oetker Vegan Gelling Powder and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. I used it to make a delicious fruit jelly for a vegetarian and it turned out wonderfully. Although I knew it wouldn't be as good as gelatine, the vegan gelling powder did a fantastic job in creating a firm and smooth texture. The taste was also spot-on, without any strange aftertaste. Overall, I am highly satisfied with this product and would definitely recommend it to others.

This is not my forte the pizza congelles. I like the crust more or less bland and untasting. I won't buy this every day
