I love this bed rail. I got it for my dog who is blind and deaf and has a hard time seeing the edge of the bed. With this it stop her from going over the edge.

Excellent quality.  Unfortunately, my mattress is too thick (more than 5 inches high) so I have to return.  Very well made and easy to put together.

great for twin beds

It works well for my 5 year old's twin bed.  It does say on the instructions  that it is for a mattress no higher than 5 inches.  Her mattress is a little higher so the rail only goes up a few inches over the mattress...but, that is enough to keep her from rolling off of her bed when she's sleeping.

It's lightweight, just what I wanted for my toddler granddaughter to make sure she stays on a queen sized bed.  It might not hold an adult or larger child who needs support on the side of the bed unless you use the straps that go across the mattress.  I just wanted something light with poles I could slide under the mattress when she's here.

Extremely effective! However be prepared to yell a lot during installation. I put this on a standard twin frame and was not my best self (verbally if you know what I mean) when I was trying to position it as pictured as well as getting the mattress on. BUT ALL THAT SAID it works PERFECTLY! So it was worth the 5-10 minutes of yelling at an inanimate object lol
