Can be straightforward, but also requires patience and skill in some cases.

The bed is super cute and the perfect size for a toddler. Assembling alone was a pain because you have to place each little slat of wood into holes and keep them all in place while you screw both the top and bottom pieces of wood in place. Random slats kept falling out as I struggled to keep them all in place. It took everything in me not to destroy the entire thing and give up. Once you get the head and footboards together its smooth sailing.

Definitely recommend but assembly sucks!

Bought for my 20 month old granddaughter's visit. She's still sleeping in a crib at home but her first night in this bed went wonderfully! Sturdy and regular crib mattress fits perfectly in it.

Wonderful for toddler!

This bed can hold a combined weight of 250lbs as I feel asleep in the bed with my 4y/o son. The only problem I had bought this item online at full price and I received a product that was already opened and parts of the bed had indentations and scratches. I believe that when you buy something new it should be new not repackaged.

Solid and sturdy bed

I ordered two of these for my girls and love them. They were fairly easy to assemble but I suggest having an extra set of hands to put the head board and footboard together. Also the other issue I had was making sure the holes for the railing were facing up. I didn't realize I made that mistake with the first bed so I had to go back and turn them over. Other than that it was pretty self explanatory.

great toddler bed

The price was great and even though it was kinda a pain in the butt to put together its been a great product and we have had no issues with it at all. My son loves it and I would recommend it to anyone of my friends.

Great bed for my 2 year old

We purchased this bed as my daughter is almost three and we had a walmart gift card and don't usually shop here-win win. We paid for shipping (so it came a day sooner while my husband was home on vacation) and it was still late-it came the day of "free" shipping so I was extremely annoyed by that. 

As other reviewers had mentioned, it did come in a small box in a million pieces-much like IKEA but my husband had it together within 30 minutes. It's honestly not that hard to put together. 

The actual structure I don't think will last more than a couple years of use. It's decent quality but since the frame is in two pieces that meet in the middle versus one long side piece that connects to the head and foot board, I feel is isnt structurally as durable as previous toddler beds we've owned with our other children. If you're on a budget, it'll do just fine-cost and durability. But if you're able to, drop the extra money and get a different toddler bed.

It's just "ok"

This bed is is nice. Only thing I had a problem with, was the footboard did not line up with one the holes on the bed post(I'm guessing a factory flaw)I did manage to get it in the hole.
Other then that it is a great bed. The color is just like in the picture.

Great bed

I love this toddler bed it's super cute. 

The assembly process was not. This took about 3 hours to put together as the instructions are lacking, hard to understand and pieces aren't labeled A1, A2 H1, and H2 like the instructions state.  
The pre drilled holes for the large screws have no plugs and are just large gaping holes on the finished project. We purchased a dark wood one so it isn't as noticeable but with brighter/lighter colors it would be very obvious. 

The railings only extend about one inch above the mattress. 

I would recommend this bed if you are looking for a cute toddler bed and a project all in one!

THE HOLES DIDN'T MATCH UP AND PIECE BROKE OFF VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PURCHASE, WE RIGGED IT TOGETHER AS IT WAS A GIFT TO A CHILD WHO DIDN'T HAVE A BED SO WE CANT SEND BACK.
