Chicken broth

Of all the chicken broth I tried, this is far the best of all. 
 If Knorr is making a Beef Broth of the same quality I will certainly buy some.

I recommend that product 100%.

Knorr Chicken Broth

I had no idea there was such a huge difference between broth and stock!  I bought this thinking it was a killer deal on the stock. I was pleasantly mistaken!  I was making a weight loss soup (just roasted chicken, onion, celery and bok choy) and this was perfect. Makes it taste a lot like Wonton Soup!  Do not add salt!

Delish!

Makes a very tasty broth. I use it when I make chicken soup or just to have a cup of broth. Got it on sale and saved ~$3 which was an added bonus!

Knorr Chicken Broth Mix

This broth has a deeper more umami taste to it.

Always, my go to for Chinese cooking

I normally don't see the 1Kg tin in Walmart so when I saw it at only $7 I had to grab it. Just to be clear. This is a broth, which when mixed is pale beige in colour and not like their bullion cubes which mix up golden yellow in colour. The two are not the same. This is for quick shortcut when a recipe requires chicken stock and you don't have any handy. It's not to be drank like a soup, on it's own as its rather bland, but goes well as a base for a quick soup when mixed with veggies and other ingredients. You could drink it like a soup, but like Chinese cooking wine, you aren't suppose to drink the stuff straight.

Knorr soup mix is a staple in my kitchen- and being able to buy such a large package for such a good price was fantastic.

Excellent VALUE!

I really like the product but I find the taste and smell very rank.Whenever I use it I have to add other herbs / seasonings to kill the rank taste/smell.

Great Product . . . but

Another reviewer has also said this -- it's different from the Knorr's broth that you can put in a cup and add hot water to. The broth is a beige colour and unbelievably salty. I bought the large container on sale thinking it was a huge bargain but I had to take it back [and I wrote Knorr]. Their regular product is wonderful but it's not what is in this very large tin. I recommend you order the smaller container.
