Great beef flavor without killing an animal.

I use this to make vegan beef vegetable soup and in a few other recipes. I buy like 5 boxes at a time of each flavor (they sell not chicken as well)

I used this bouillon as an ingredient in a vegan recipe containing meatless crumbles and it really enhanced the flavor. It is not as salty as other bouillons on the market, but it did have a great taste. It is softer than real bouillon and crumbles somewhat easily, so use care when handling it. Not hard like traditional bouillon cubes.
