This is a small box enough for two maybe three servings. But they are good!

UNEXPECTED HIGHLY PROCESSED CHEMICALS and PALM OIL INGREDIENTS! 
When you select "organic" mashed potatoes, you expect selective quality and not garbage highly processed food additives! But that's what I found when I purchased these dried mashed potato flakes! They add "mono and dy-glycerides from palm oil"! This is very unhealthy for you and can cause raise LDL cholesterol and increase cardiovascular disease risk, increased cancer risk, disruption of gut microbiome/health, inflammation and water weight gain and retention. So if you notice you're up several pounds after eating these, that very well could be the reason! 
Also, since mono and di-glycerides are extracted from "palm oil" it's associated with the ecological disaster of deforestation of the rain forests in order to farm palm oil at the catastrophic cost of the rain forests and the indigenous life that is dependent upon it! 
DO NOT BUY!
