Not as described. There is no padding or elastic. Flimsy see-through piece of fabric with a shoe-lace like string, not elastic, to tighten around the board. I do not recommend this item or seller.

Description says padded, no padding.
Has a cotton string, no elastic. Thin see-through material.
Refund requested and denied. Escalated to Walmart manager, Walmart took the side of the 3rd party seller. 3rd party seller actually cited a need to make a profit. I am surprised Walmart engages with this kind of business practice. Disappointed :(
