This is a very cute boot for my Mary Poppins costume. It fits as expected - perfect

The boots were beautiful and well made, but DEFINITELY NOT WHITE!!! They were a pretty cream color. Did not even try them on, once I opened turbo and saw that they were cream.

Advertised as white and they are off-white. Bought on Walmart site but it was through an outside site that says they are not returnable and I can't get in touch with customer service...one line is disconnected...the other has been closed. Do not buy!!!
