I was unsure how this desk would be but took a chance for the price. I have to admit that I am pleasantly surprised. The style of the desk is exactly how it looks in the photos. It has a great design with two drawers that fit all my office supplies, including my laptop. The cupboard is large enough to store my paper shredder, as well. Overall, I'm impressed with this desk as it's the perfect fit for my office space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great so I am happy it matches the decor in my guest room.  It arrived yesterday and it is about 75% assembled. The first three steps took an hour and there are 21 steps. You have to like putting things together to attempt this one. There was a small nick in one piece but I covered it with a black marker.  Its not fine furniture but neither is  the price so that's fine.  My disappointment  is that  I was hoping for a writing desk with a flat , smooth surface. I thought from the photo on line that it was.  In fact it is wood grain look with texture so  you cannot write on it without something firm underneath. It will cost me about $65 more to get a piece of glass cut to fit the top.  Also waiting to hear back from company about a packaging issue.  All in all a cute desk but lengthy assemble time.  And note that only a narrow chair will fit under it. I need to buy a new chair now too.
