I haven't used it yet but I think it deserves more stars than others give. It's a nice stroller and car seat. I have no complaints at this time.

Love it

Unfortunately missing the return date by only a few days… this system has stopped working for us and it went from fine to BAD. The front wheel is absolute garbage! Normally I read reviews before purchasing but I trusted the 4.5 star rating but the 4/5 stars must be all fake reviews because looking at the 80 1 star ratings they seem to ALL have the same complaint. I'll call the company but my guess is they will do nothing. Do yourself a favour and do not buy this unless you like looking like a total idiot getting caught up crossing the street, entering a door, navigating through aisles in a store. I legit have to lift the stroller or kick the wheel straight every 5-10 minutes of pushing this thing. It's embarrassing and the company should be embarrassed too.

Awful!

I picked up this travel system thinking it would be great as it has both the car seat and base along with the stroller. I had no issues with car seat it was very light weight but seemed to lack head support for newborn. I had to get a brand new stroller as one of the wheels kept falling off, they were great and sent another and I returned the broken one but the new stroller lasted less than a week before the wheels were locking up and had to drag it along. I've now had to buy a different stroller as it's unuseable. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Disappointing!

Do yourself a favour and avoid purchasing this unless you enjoy looking like a complete stupid when you are caught crossing the street, going thru a door, or navigating a store's aisles. Every five to ten minutes when pushing this contraption, I really have to elevate the stroller or kick the wheel straight. It's embarrassing,

Recommend not to buy this

Same complaint as everyone else, the stroller was useable for less than a month in STORES only didn't even take this anywhere like a trail, anything… and the front wheel is garbage. Constantly locking up, so embarrassing and unsafe honestly. After reading all of the reviews now I wish I had taken the time to read when my daughter was born, as we bought this entire travel system after the original car seat we bought for her was too large, just a couple of days after birth. Being able to take this stroller for a “jog” would be a joke. Extremely disappointed now I know everyone else has the same issue.. you'd think there would have been a RECALL issued as honestly this is a safety issue, big time. My daughter was born October and in August of the year after I can count on my hands the amount of times I've used this stroller due to this issue.
