The process of returning the old battery for the environmental refund and purchasing the new battery was an easy process. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent value and product

This is a strong battery at a very good price. I ordered it on line and picked it up about an hour later. Installed in a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 4.0 engine. Perfect fit.

Jeep battery

walmart.com

Bought for a MB diesel - where other vendors offered batteries at $250+, this one is less than half that cost yet it still delivers enough power to spin my diesel quickly and easily! Awesome battery! I expect to buy another one for a different MB!

Awesome Battery!

The first one of these in my truck lasted 7 years and didn't stop dead and leave me sitting like many new batteries do, it gave me a warning by cranking slower for a while. The reason other batteries quit suddenly is that the construction is so marginal that a plate opens up and the battery voltage stops suddenly. This EverStart Maxx battery wore out like the old heavy duty ones used to.

First one lasted 7 years

THIS IS MY SECOND MAXX BATTERY BOUGHT ONE FOR MY HYUNDAI 2 YRS AGO , THE CAR SAT WITH A BATTERY DRAIN , RECHARGED ,FIXED PROBLEM AND BATTERY STILL GOING STRONG AFTER 4 MONTHS RUNNING AFTER REPAIR, SO I BOUGHT MY SECOND ONE FOR MY BUICK , WORKING GREAT SO FAR.

2nd MAXX BATTERY

The battery for my SUV worked out great. I picked it up on the time they gave me and it was really ready with no wait time. It was easy to install and my suv has been working great with no problem after replacing the battery. Already looking at getting another one for my 67 mustang. Plus it was going to cost me a lot more at the auto part store, thanks again.

Battery that saved my suv

Very good warranty! 3 years full replacement and 2 additional years pro-rated. Battery is not sealed as well which means that after 2 or 3 years you can open up the top and add distilled water if needed. C--stco batteries are good but they are sealed and cannot be opened whatsoever.

Excellent car battery! Excellent warranty...!

The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the battery works perfectly in my Hyundai. On the Walmart site, I thought I was ordering a 600 CCA battery. When I went to the store to pick it up, I was given an 550 CCA. I didn't make a big deal about it because I wanted my car to run properly. I waited a couple hours for it to be installed to my car which I didn't mind. The mechanic installed it for free and didnt charge a Core Charge like some of the places. However, the point of the matter is you don't aways get what you purchased from Walmart online site so be mundful. Overall, it's a good deal for the price and Walmart has great warranty.

Not as described on the Walmart site

Purchased the battery, took it home, installed it in the car and the battery was dead. It could have been a random dead battery but I ended up getting only 8-volts out of it. Went with a cheaper alternative and the other battery exceeded my standards.

Dead on arrival

with this battery car would not start.
Thinking problem was not the battery had to tow car to the garage.
Spent over 200 dollars for another battery/tow /mechanic cost.

Battery returned to walmart was found defective.
