It took 2 days to figure out I had put it on bass-ackward.  Once this was corrected the the fit was tight and smooth under my T-shirt.  The pictorial instructions were so simple and clear I failed to comprehend them properly; my fault entirely.

I like the extra wide  area for the front, to cover more of the abdomen, but because the top is higher than the rest of the band, there is nothing to pull the top tight enough to actually  press against the hernia area...  Also, the rigid plastic supports  do not  completely fill their channels, so where  the  support stops the band  rolls/curls up.  This isn't as sleek a design as the pictures show.
