Color is exactly as pictured. Nice light gray. Soft. Cushion is soft yet firm enough that you don't get lost. It'll probably soften further as it's broken in. Does everything as advertised except spin 360, more like 180, assuming so the cord doesn't get tangled maybe. Did have one issue with it getting stuck in a tilted forward position but that is easily fixed by fully reclining it and closing it again. I would buy it again

The best rocker/recliner!! The light grey color is so nice in person and it was easy to put together. So comfy, perfect for a nursery and nice enough for your living room!

Love it!!

Narrow and small was just what I needed and I love the swivel feature, as well as the automatic recline rather than manual push. The fabric texture and color are also great! I like the firmness of the seat, but one area that needs extra padding is the arm rests; they're quite hard. Overall I'm very satisfied with the chair. I do wonder how long before the auto feature wears out or malfunctions though!

So cozy and the quality is great for the price of the chair. The only issue and the lesser star is issued as the chair color was listed as gray and its really more of an icy light blue. Wont be using for the nursery but will keep for my bedroom as over all its a good chair .

Good chair for the quality.

A little firm (in my opinion) and the headrest and footrest only have one control for both, but its a pretty great chair!

When shipped the recliner is literally is just in a box, there's no protection around the recliner. The box was very banged up when we got it. After taking it out of the box, there were some marks on the recliner. It was easy to attach the back to it. Upon reclining the chair, we can hear cracking of wood. When we went to inspect it in the back, the reclining metal part is digging right into the wood. After several times of reclining it, the cracking sounds stopped I guess because it's made it's indent but it makes me question how long this recliner will last. It is a pricey recliner that I went over my budget for so I am very disappointed, I just debating whether to go through the hassle of returning it and trying to find another electric glider recliner. I'll be contacting customer service next to for solutions.

Disappointed

We have one of these chairs from 4-5 years ago and love it so much. We needed an additional one for another space now, and although it looked identical, it was not. This chair design has been updated and now the backrest lays down before the legs come up. I contacted the manufacturer itself and was told this is the new design. It's AWFUL! I love our original Harlow recliner, but this one is just the worst design. Who wants to lay back before their legs start to come up in a recliner?! I would NOT recommend this chair to anyone!

HORRIBLE New Design!!

I had high hopes for this nursing chair, especially given how straightforward the assembly was. Unfortunately, by the second week, the chair started squeaking with every slight movement. This completely defeats the purpose of a nursing chair — the noise consistently wakes up my baby, making nighttime feeds more stressful than soothing. For a product designed for comfort and calm, this was a complete letdown. Save your time and money — look for something sturdier and truly silent.
