Assembly process is relatively straightforward.

i havent opened as its a gift for my granddaughter. i know she is going to love it!!!

awesome chair, seat cushion is a bit thin but overall does what it does. Really good product for the money hope it'll last for a while

very good buy

It is very comfortable - but definitely takes some adjusting to, especially if you have upgraded from an ordinary chair that provides no support whatsoever. 
Installation was fairly easy, instructions could be more clear, but no complaints. 

Would recommend!

Good Value for Money

Good chair for the price. Arms are a little hard and not sure about using them to get up don't think they would last long.  Other then that not bad of a chair

The chair looks great and easy assembled but it's not as great as it appears on the picture.

Nice chair, easy to assemble but the seat is too narrow

Gaming Chair

The chair is somewhat adequate, but not very solid. The footrest does not come out far enough and it cannot take the weight of my legs. I am only 5'7" so if you're tall, forget about the foot rest. When I put the weigh of my legs on it, it feels like the sliding thin metal tubes are going to collapse. The chair looks nice, just that it is built cheap and it does not feel very solid. Instructions for assembly could use some work. It will do, but I would not recommend it.

Appearances are not everything! Cheap, cheap!

this chair is definitely not made to withstand a heavier person, its very narrow in the seat area, theres not much cushion in thebseat or back area very uncomfortable.

its not great

chair was UNCOMFORTABLE after only a couple hours. arms are NOT ADJUSTABLE. there was BLACK SMUDGES all over the chair. tried to return and was sent the same email asking for pictures of the defective product multiple times when I responded saying I wanted to return it because it wasn't as advertised. THEY DID NOT REFUND ME THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE CHAIR. they changed the price of the chair and only refunded me almost $30 less than what I paid after explicitly stating they would issue a full refund
