Make room for more. The INSTAX WIDE 400™, a reimagined WIDE format analog instant camera that lets you explore all things wide. Featuring automated exposure and flash controls, the WIDE 400™ takes care of the image quality, while you focus on filling the wider frame to perfection. With the iconic analog-style self-timer lever, wide group shots can now fit the whole group in. By rotating the dial, you can set four, six, eight or ten second increments before pressing the shutter button; then pose until the magic happens (with the LED countdown, it’s easy to keep track of time). To get that perfect viewpoint, the WIDE 400™ comes with a camera angle adjustment accessory. With two height options you can pick the angle you want, slide the accessory into the custom fit space under the camera, set the self-timer and step back into the frame. Keeping the analog aesthetics going are the stylish control dials, letting you switch the camera on and off, and toggle between focus modes, seamlessly. Normal mode is your go-to for those everyday must-haves, Landscape mode is perfect for beautiful landscape shots, and close-ups are a quick lens attachment clip away, putting you right in the heart of the action. Shooting wider shots should be as easy as standard. That’s why the WIDE 400™ has two fast framing guides. Look through the viewfinder and you’ll see one for normal and landscape shots, and one for close-up images, both designed to help you compose your image. So, when adventure calls, go wide. The understated green body makes this instant camera look ready for action, complete with shoulder strap, to keep your camera easily at hand, when on the go. There’s even a built-in tripod mount for those who love that ‘photo-journo’ vibe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The camera is BULKY not really a camera you want to be walking around with it's more of a family gathering or a family camping trip or somewhere where you can set it down and not have it around your neck all day. With that being said, the picture are 10/10 everyone loves them, everyone will want to take a photo so buy tons of film. Walmart has the cheapest price on film btw.

Big camera but worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this after having a Polaroid for 5 years and I am so happy! The quality of the prints come out great and the camera is easy to hold. It comes with a selfie lens and has a timer too. Very happy with my camera!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] great purchase! this has been our go to polaroid like camera recently. over our instax mini. the wider picture is so much clearer and fits more of our friends when we take selfies.

would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very fun retro look camera.

Awesome !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty large, but it give you the nostalgic feeling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great camera!

This item is already broken. With-in a couple months of purchase. I used to love this product. Such a shame.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is a gift and it has not been opened. I dislike it when people review items without having tried them out. Until I try out the product it is a one star. You should add a check box that says, I have not had the chance to rate this product yet!

Used their batteries and Duracell batteries but everytime I would take a picture, the ejection arm that lifts the film would get caught on the film and get stuck. Sometimes even unlatching from the lifter. Wasted 2 film cartridges, which is 20 films +2 how they advertise it. Trash. This is why I'm sticking with Polaroid.

Ejection arm was weak from factory

Instax

This camera captures great quality however the battery compartment always seems to have an issue. There is a blinking error code that occurs when i close the camera and open it which doesn't allow it to function. Researching the code I've found that the camera is having issues with the batteries. I adjust them, the camera works, rinse and repeat every time I go without using the camera more than an hour later. I have used other brands of batteries, replaced the film packs, stored the camera in safe conditioned spaces between uses and the same thing repeats over and over.

I assumed this was a faulty camera and returned it and purchased another. The second one has the same issue and has now gone through about 3 film packs and 12 sets of batteries (battery plus brand, Duracell, and energizer). The error code still appears.

It's embarrassing to have to mess with the batteries in front of my friends and family just to hope this error goes away or doesn't worsen.

Quality of the photos is a 5, quality of the camera is a 0. This is the first Polaroid/instax camera in my collection of cameras that has disappointed me to this degree. I will also be reaching out to support directly.

I've owned 2 and both had issues
