I really love this fireplace tv stand the assembly was easy for me I did it myself probably got it done about an hour the only thing it did had some small dents/scratches but I don't mind it

After almost completely putting this together we found the fireplace damaged, along with 4 other pieces, I called the 800 line and they sent out a replacement expedited service and sent out a carrier to pick up the item that was 80% assembled.  The second one which came went together perfectly with no issues and I love it!

Fireplace TV Stand

This piece is even better than I expected. I read the reviews and had high hopes which have been exceeded. I did not get my preferred finish but the finish I did get works better for the space!  Shipping was so fast. Package arrived 4 days before expected. It took me 2 hours to put together. It seemed overwhelming at first with all the pieces spread out in the floor but it wasn't so bad. This is a very sturdy piece of furniture. It is not at all flimsy or cheaply made. The price cannot be beat. So reasonable. 
I wasn't sure if it would provide enough heat for my finished basement which is more than the 400 sq. ft. the description says it heats but it provides the perfect amount to make it so cozy. Now the whole family fights over hanging out in the basement when before it was barely used at all!! (The 60" tv probably helps a little) !! So happy with this purchase that I am buying another one (different style) for my bedroom.

Shipping was faster than expected and we couldn't wait to put it together!  I will admit that it was not easy to put together for my husband but once he started, it was up and running in about 4 hours. 

Built very sturdy, insert is easy to operate & keeps me warm!

Warmth Galore

The product was shipped securely and is heavy due to packaging materials used. Make sure to team lift. It was not difficult to assemble. Read the directions first; took about 2 hours from unpacking to a fully assembled media fireplace. We love the color of this media fireplace. We'll see how the fireplace performs during this winter.

Love it , the only issue I  have is its only 16 inches deep and my receivers is sticking over about half inch, because the back of cabinet is not open, so I  think the company needs pop outs to allow the Jacks to stick out back, but the heat is not near the receivers... but love it... have gotten several compliments on it... would recommend it. Took about hour and half , very easy directions....

Good country look

I like almost everything, easy to build , sturdy, color is great. Thing I didn't like is the middle full length shelf is not double sided with the color so u can see the particle board when u open the cabinet on the top , that's unattractive.

Media fireplace

Pretty, but damaged. Started putting this together and noticed that an outer corner was bent and damaged. I don't expect a ton, but for $400.00 I expect better than this.

Fireplace compartment does not work and quickly becomes dysfunctional..Had 2 order a second unit which I had to put together again only to have the new fire compartment  not work same as the last...Heat cuts off after 5 min, flame system broken...product is trash

Literally the first piece I pulled out while unpacking had significant warping and damage on the veneer in multiple places. Unusable.
