I bought this Fitbit Charge 6 as the price was the lowest that I've seen. Was a little hesitant as it was an open box item, but there were no problems. It works great, fits great, & I am very happy with this Fitbit.

came in a weird box but all necessary parts are working.

Arrived quickly but with an aftermarket charging cord and no manual other than what was printed on the the box. Difficult to pair to my wife's phone but that was an app issue. Working now.

Better support needed

The item was not as described. Description said 10/10, which means perfect. The unit has a scratched screen and sweat residue on the back of the device.

Although this tracker looked like my last Fitbit, it didn't hold a charge and had to be charged up once a day. After I purchased, I found other reviews that said exactly that. I returned the tracker for a refund.

Charge 6 battery life

Doesn't work within a week of purchase and in store is making it impossible to exchange it return in Leduc

Can't return purchase that isn't working

Band wouldnt clip into the fitbit, it was clearly defective. Returned it same day. Really disappointing

The openbox item was defective
