If these werent so expensive, I'd buy them more often. Very tasty and convenient way to up your protein.

This is really good not overly sweet just sweet enough. If I'm wanting more I just put a little frosting on top. And it's gluten free

easy to mix but microwave time needs a little adjusting. once out of microwave I found that adding a tablespoon of molasses mix it together then add milk it was excellent. so with the addition of molasses and milk it's an awesome product without it's more like eating cardboard. cheers

Amazing product for the amount of calories and protein. I do think it's a little expensive, we're essentially paying over $2 for some powder in a cup. But the taste isn't that bad, I find that cooking it slightly under to leave it gooey and having a glass of milk makes it 10x better.

This tastes like protein powder. There other brands that make similar high protein microwave baked good cups that are good and don't taste like protein powder. Try Premier or Kodiak instead. I eat a lot of snacks that contain protein powder so I'm used to that aftertaste, but this one was so bad that I spit out the first bite because I couldn't even begin to swallow it without my stomach giving me a warning dry heave. Nasty. Don't bother.

This "muffin" taste like poison dirt. You can taste every bit of protein powder and it is terrible. Oh My Bleh!!!

I'm going to preface this by saying I've never reviewed a food item before, and here I am after taking only 1 bite of this “muffin.” I really like the Kodiak muffins and wanted something with more protein, I thought these looked great, but I was wrong. 
First 🚩 was licking the spoon with the batter, the taste was almost repulsive and chemical like. I thought maybe it was just because it hadn't been cooked so I continued to make it. 
This is genuinely the worst tasting food I have ever consumed. I think the incentivized reviews didn't even eat it. It barely has any flavor, and the little flavor that's there is terrible. It's not even a little sweet, it truly is an awful product.
