It sprays out as a thick liquid, seeps into cracks and holes and dries to a watertight, flexible, rubberized coating that will Stop Leaks Fast®. Once dry, can be painted any colour. DIRECTIONS: Read entire can. Wear face and eye protection, protective gloves, and clothing. Make sure the surface is clean, dry, and free of grease, oil, and dirt. Shake well. Spray 8” to 12” from surface, using an even, sweeping motion. Apply multiple, even coats until ALL cracks and holes have been filled. IMPORTANT: Allow 24 to 48 hours to dry before applying another coat. Let it dry completely. (It usually takes up to 24 to 48 hours to fully cure.) Use Flex Seal ONLY in a well-ventilated area. When using inside, prevent vapor build-up by opening doors and windows. Ensure fresh air entry during application and drying. Do not use near heat, sparks, pilot lights or other sources of ignition. FLEX TIPS: Spray a larger area than area where the leak is and feather the edges. For best results, apply multiple coats rather than one thick coat and use at can temperatures above 60ºF.Make sure Flex Seal has filled ALL cracks and holes and is FULLY CURED before testing product. If light can pass through, apply additional coats.

Water leak from my car roof there have some body damage i spray this seal spray now all water stop trunk also …but use only sunny day not in rain

I ordered Flex Seal Clear to seal our windows.. We had a problem when the snow started to melt and we originally used the white flex seal, because that was all we had on hand..In order to do the job correctly on all of our windows we needed the clear.. We are using the clear on the outside of our window frames to stop any and all leaks... It is a GREAT PRODUCT...

Great Product

walmart.com

Used it to seal the cracks on my landau roof on my car. Almond color blended in well. Highly pleased with the results. However, it took two cans rather than just one, which I had not anticipated. Nevertheless, it saved me from having to spend $1,200 to replace it.

FlexSeal did the job!

I had a small leak between roof panels over enclosed lanai. I sprayed the seam in the hot sun yesterday and 6 hours later it rained 1.5 inches and I am happy to report, not a drop of rain came thru. The product did the job it claimed and was far less messy than using elastomeric spreads..

Flex Seal 7/11/13

Having been turned off by Flex Seal's direct selling via TV commercials in which
the buyer was loaded up with an unnecessary second can of the product, coupled
with ridiculous, additional "shipping and handling charges," I bought the Flex Seal clear
mainly because the purchase was through Walmart. As for the product itself,
it appears to be exactly what I wanted, but performance over time ultimately
will reveal its effectiveness.

Time Will Tell

I had a annoying leak around the flashing of my chimney. I tried a roofing sealer that was in a calk like tube yet somehow there was still a place that I could not see because a small amount of water was still leaking in. Sprayed Flex Seal all around the flashing and no more leak. Used the clear so you can't even see it from the ground. I thought for a rubber sealer in a can it was a little expensive but hey it worked great. Now only time will tell on how well it will hold up.

Little expensive but worked great!!!!

I used this product in hopes of sealing a cement birdbath. I put on 6 coats and although the leak slowed down it never completely sealed. I followed the directions on the can to the letter. I guess the old adage "If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is" holds true in this case.

Lots of Hype-so so performance

Being a senior...getting a ladder out to get up to my gutters was not easy....sprayed as instructed...waited an hour...put a second coat on....and the rain came and the gutter still leaked....enough said.

Wouldn't buy it again.

Husband built a wooden catch-box for target shooting in the back yard. Used 7 cans (not cheap) to completely cover the inside and out with Flex Seal. First rain wasn't even a downpour, but the wood was warped, the coating was peeling around all of the edges, and bits were flaking off. This was only after three days outside and a light rain! This product also says it seeps into cracks and holes, but it doesn't. I wish I could get my money back, but how do you return 7 empty cans?

Not Watertight on Wood - Complete Waste of Money

I bought this product to seal a leak in some grout along the foot of a shower stall. I let the surface dry for three days prior to application and it still leaked right through. Also the product didn't seem to adhere very well to the tile or grout surface. Like most things advertised on TV it's a rip off!

Flex Seal Doesn't Work!

Flex Seal Spray Rubber Sealant Coating, yellow, 14-oz can. This spray-on sealant creates a watertight, flexible rubberized coating that seals cracks and holes on surfaces such as wood, metal, concrete, and plastic. Perfect for indoor and outdoor repairs, including roofs, gutters, pools, RVs, and furniture. The can displays bold yellow branding and detailed usage instructions.
