Very helpful in relieving discomfort. Remember to measure the widest part of your hips, not your waist. My husband is 38 inch hip..not waist.and.the.large.fits comfortably although not.muxh room.to.make.it.any.bigger but it could be made smaller. He feels 90 percent better with the trusss.

This belt has the support pad in just the right place. It is adjustable and quite comfortable to wear day and night. Again, if you have need of such a devise, this is the one to get.

If you need one, this is that one.

Sizing is not accurate.  Bought a medium for my dad who normally wears 34-36.  It was about 6 inches too short for the Velcro fasteners to connect.  Had to return.
