I bought two briefers in this style about a month ago because I had bought this style before. These wear well, fit as expected, and do not bind anywhere. They wash easily and last exceptionally well. I'm glad I discovered them and am still able to replace them when they begin to lose some of their support.

I looked everywhere for this body shaper in black since I bought this in beige last year.
It is very comfortable for everyday where. I am 5'5", 175 lbs and the 40D fits perfect for me. Purchase it you will be very happy and they are hard to find in stores because they sell out. Just enough support and all day comfort.

Perfect for everyday wear

I have worn these often for years now and it provides just the right support and smothness I need, feels like that perfect bathing suit that gives allows you the confidence you need.

THAT PERFECT LITTLE EXTRA I NEED

I need more tummy support. I finally ordered a size 36 DD INSTEAD OF 38 D. It fits better.

How to choose size

I bought this for a dance competition (I am 52, I need the help!) Have only really worn it once but is very comfortable. Holds me where I need the help without constricting. Crotch was a tad uncomfortable, but I was wearing it with fishnet tights so.....

True to size, very comfortable

I am enjoying my body shaper two weeks in. It has a nice smoothing effect under clothes and unlike a few mentioned I did not find that the v-seam on the abdomen did not show at all under my more fitted clothing. I would NOT say that this shaper sucks you in as it did not for me but rather smoothed out some love handles. I found that the Maidenform body shaper ran a tad large. I purchased the 34C and I am a true 32D 5'3" & 120 lbs. And, this size was slightly large around the chest (not available in 32) but everywhere else it fit fine.

Very nice shaper. Soft and comfortable but still supportive.
I found the cups too thickly padded which makes them a bit stiff, but I'm just accustomed to no padding.  I bought this to go under tops with a wider square neckline and it works great.

I am very disappointed with this new style of Maidenform Body Shaper with Built-In Bra!!
The original version is significantly better!!!
I would give this Body Shaper with Built-In Bra 5 stars if the deep V in the front did not show under stretch knit dresses! as it is, the deep V stand out like a seam in the front if one was to wear it under a knit dress. I can't believe that a Maidenform shaper could be made in such an awkward fashion!!! I ordered several of these and am now trying to discover a simple way to remove the seam or at least minimize the effect!! As you can imagine, this is not an easy thing to do as the shaper has in inner layer that will have to be sewn through!!
So I am still using the old style body suits unless my outer clothing won't show the protruding V.

Not What I Expected!!

The briefer has nice support however the cups seem to be larger than a c cup.  Also it doesn't stay in place on the legs.  The fabric is lightweight .  Overall it was a needed garment that I couldn't locate anywhere in my rural area.

This is the second time the body shaper underwire began to stick out of the side within a couple ofweeks - as an aside, I do not use the dryer on these itesm. It appeared the side seam holding the wire was not accurately holding the wire - the seam hadn't been caught by the threads. .
