I love this leash. Had to order a new one because my puppy chewed the first one. Then I decided that I needed to order a second one just in case. I really like this color, actually a lavender (not pink). The price changed between orders. Had to wait until the price changed again.

It works great for my dog, now my female pug would not be recognized as a boy anymore. I love this girly color.

This leash has a bigger grip that will adjust to a smaller grip if you need it to. The ribbon seems to work as well or better than the cord leashes, it doesn't cut into your legs like the cord does if it gets wrapped around you. Comes with a secondary "collar" for additional security.  Can buy accessories to attach to it: light, poop bag holders and compartment for treats, etc. I will probably purchase a second one for my wife, as we have two dogs.

Great Leash. Would purchase again.

Nobody makes a better retractable leash than Flexi.  Having said that, I really wish they did as I would buy it in a heartbeat.  Drawbacks of the Flexi - they are not durable (typically only 2-3 years life despite all their talk on their website about quality), the poop bag carrier (a simple plastic container that, by the way, has been designed down to be less functional and presumably cost less to make) costs an extra $12 and you have to be very careful when fully retracting the leash.  If you inadvertently let it zip back in even just a couple feet, the metal clasp will give you a nasty rap on the knuckles.

Very good but with drawbacks

Not as pictured at all. I ordered a pink retractable leash and this is what I got. It's more of a faded pink or actual light lilac color. Either way, its not the pictured product. If I didn't need it fast for a new puppy, it would have been returned. Not happy.

Leash itself seems fine but is not as sturdy as my other leash I had before. I was expecting a bright pink leash but received a white leash with dull pink trim.  I would never have ordered a white leash. Seller needs to do better job with product description. Not pleased.

I purchase this brand because of the classic model which had the thin round  nylon lease, and it worked great.The flat tape design does exactly what you think it would do. The tape folds over on top of itself if the tape is not going in  perfectly straight. This causes the it stop retracting. The retraction will continue,  and sometimes you have to pull half of the length  of the tape out to find where it folded. It is a truly a  horrible design. This is the smallest leash, so maybe the larger leashes don't do it.

I bought one of these leashes December 20 and one February 26th. One broke April 29. The other is about to break. The latching mechanism broke on one and the one that's about to break. The strap is frayed. I think it got hung on something. A friend of mine whose dog is 12 has had the same lead since it was a puppy and I think because it's a cord instead of a flat strap it's held up better.

Not durable broke in three months!

Says it is pink, the picture appears as a dark pink color. I received a light purple color. Believed it was an error and a new one was sent. It was also light purple! The attached picture is actually the color you get but appears more purple in real life. Either way, certainly not a dark pink color as is depicted.

NOT PINK

Don't order this item because it's the wrong color!! The picture lists a black and hot pink Flexi leash but it's actually a light lavender and grey color. After reading reviews I see this has been an issue many times. Seller needs to update the picture for the listing. The first picture is what I thought I was ordering and the second picture is what was received.
