I bought a new plaid Christmas quilt for my bed and thought about adding a ruffle to the trim.  When I was pricing eyelet mater by the yard $$$ too much money$$ then I thought.. how about a bed skirt..  so out will come the scissors and needle and tread. I did save quite a lot and since I have a small surgery coming where I have to be kind of still (which is not me) I'll at least have something to do while watching a lot of tv (which is also not me... but the quality and material is just like you would get at a craft or sewing store store but a lot less...  I did like it so much due to the part that goes under the mattress that I did buy an 18" bed skirt for the mattress    GREAT PRICE.. check for yourself!

I did a cold water wash and put it in the drier for a few minutes to get the packing wrinkles out and it looks great! Went back on line and got the matching shams. Bed looks lovely!

Lovely Ruffled Bed Skirt

I have a California King.  The bed skirt fit perfect and is very nice quality.  Very happy with my purchase. Delivery was faster than expected.

The skirt is pretty but I'm use to the type that covers the box spring. This one has a stretch band that fit around the box spring. It works for now but not sure how long the elastic will last to keep it in place.
