we use it camping. holds a 12 pack plus. perfect size, light, keeps drinks cold in the heat. makes a nice outside table between two chairs also. dont need to tromp in and out of camper anymore just to get a drink and makes room in trailer fridge for other things.

I have only had it a few days.  The temperature is good.  The size is bigger than I expected so I had to order a stand to elevate it a bit, since it's too large to fit where I wanted to put it.  It definitely will accommodate the items that I want to refrigerate, mainly coffee creamer,  juices and water.  The larger size will also allow me to keep a few more things handy.

Nice little fridge

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my husband's office. He can now take his lunch to work and save money. lol!!! I feel this was a great value compared to other websites with mini fridge and they review was the best for this brand. I wasn't sure an ice tray was included because the description didn't say, but my husband stated that it was included once he unpacked it from the box. My favorite description of the fridge that convinced me to purchase it was that it has a reversible door and the reason is because I didn't know the exact location of the office where he would be placing it, so this feature was very convenient. I like the appearance of it and it meets my expectations. I didn't rate the durability a higher star because he hasn't used it long enough to score yet, but I hope it last plenty of years.

Im disabled so I needed a small refrigerator to sit next to my chair at home because I have a wound on my foot and must stay off it to heal. Now I can keep my insulin, sugar free snacks, chicken salad, boiled eggs and fruit nearby. The reversible door hinge is a real plus if I ever have to rearrange my furniture. I bought some inexpensive baskets to use in it. It's just what I needed!

Just what I needed!

I bought this for my bedroom. I've had one for years just to keep bottles of water, iced tea, soda, and other refrigerated products you may use while working on the computer, watching TV, etc.

My old one is now in the basement exercise area to keep water and juices, fruit and snacks cold.

Takes up very little space and holds a lot more than you would think to look at it. This one also has a nice freezer area that my other one didn't have.

The only thing I found inconvenient is that the temperature control is in the back of the unit in the lower right corner, instead of inside the refrigerator itself. Is not a big deal if you can get at it easily, but I put some light shelving on top of mine to hold DVD's and baskets for snacks and paper supplies (straws, plastic ware, paper plates and storage bags.

All I need now is a microwave or a toaster oven and I'd be all set for a siege. LOL

Ideal for so many purposes

My sons Haire fridge died.  Only 2 years old.  I know it was cheap but thought it would last his college years.  So I stepped it up and purchased this unit.  What a difference.  He plugged it in and within a couple of hours he was back in business.  I saw and heard the quality of this unit.  Built like a tank and quite as a mouse.  You can't go wrong with this one!

Great little fridge for college

This mini frig doesn't seem to be as cold as the Chefmate that I replaced after 7 years. The Chefmate took a beating in the back yard out-door-kitchen (a 23 foot long BarQ set-up) here in southern Utah. Heat in summer up to 115 and Winter 30 Deg. It got to 112 deg yesterday and the mini frig seemed to be working hard to keep the drinks cold...Time will tell, here's hoping it will last.

Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this fridge for one week, so I can't really say much in terms of durability. I can speak to the condition in which it was packaged and my experience with this product so far. I ordered the fridge online (sold and shipped by Walmart). The fridge arrived in its original “box”. I write “box” because it wasn't  a traditional box, more like a hard cardboard slipcover or one of those ghost Halloween costumes  - the bottom was open. Much to my shock, a two inch piece of styrofoam was taped to the bottom of the fridge - no cardboard underneath! Mind you this is a 40 pound item with delicate cables and wiring and somehow someone thought taping a piece of styrofoam to the bottom of the fridge would be sufficient to protect it. Not surprisingly, the bottom of the fridge is slightly dinged up and scuffed. I'm lucky I wasn't planning on gifting the fridge. I have a Galanz 3.1 cubic foot fridge from Walmart. The Galanz came in a hard cardboard box. Inside the box, the fridge was fully wrapped in foam and additional hard cardboard. The Galanz actually looked new when I pulled it out of the box. The Frigidaire is half the cubic feet of the Galanz, but makes twice the noise. It's like in  the cooling marathon, the Galanz is an athlete in top form running comfortably while the Frigidaire is an out-of-shape chain smoker struggling with each step and gasping for air! The outside walls of the Galanz are mildly warm as expected for a fridge. The outside walls of the Frigidaire cycles from very warm to hot, hot, hot! It is so hot, your poodle might get a straight perm if it stands too close to the Frigidaire!

This Fridge is Hot! (But Not in a Good Way)

i hate this frig! the door is useless nothing will stay in the door shelves!  Everything falls out when you open the door! the wired shelf falls out, which makes it useless!  i would have sent it back but i was hospitalized for a  week! when i came home i was still feeling bad  and did not feel like fighting to send back! the only good thing is that it is  cold!

worst frig i ever had

I ordered this online and had it delivered to my house. I left the refrigerator plugged in at coldest setting over night. The compressor got hot but the refrigerator did not get cold on the inside. I don't know if it was damaged in transit or defective. Wal-mart allowed me to return it to my local store and I was able to buy another brand refrigerator for less money that worked.

Wal-Mart gets a 5 star rating.
