It's really a woman's health issue choice

These are the most comfortable underwear I have ever worn, and my body loves that they are 100% cotton.  I hope Fruit of the Loom will continue to make them just the way they are, and Walmart will continue to supply them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just what I wanted

I've been looking for underwear without elastic in the legs, due to a poor circulation problem from an internal injury.  Any snug fitting or cinchy material causes me intense pain, but these don't hurt. There is zero elastic in the leg area, and no other extra material in the leg to cause binding or pressure. These undies are made of thin, softly stretchy, cotton feeling material. There is a lightly elastic waistband, and plain leg that is stitched loosely (no elastic). The cut of the undies looks like standard briefs until you put them on. Since there is no elastic in the leg, the material stretches out a bit once you put them on, and the cut looks like a shorter boyshort style. For the price, the design is nice and suitable for poor circulation similar to other boyshorts. However, I'm taking one star off for the quality of material (very thin), and unfinished look of the leg hem (the fabric is simply turned under and slip stitched). I understand that the leg hem was probably a design choice to prevent binding, and allow for the splayed look of boyshorts, BUT I feel these probably won't hold up long. Still, if you need non binding legs in your undies, don't mind the shorter boyshort cut, these might work for you

not what I paid for! I got a whole different kind of underwear ! the package  i bought said size LG boyshorts. what I got was not boy shorts and look closer to what this picture  shows. I'm pretty sure somewhere down the line tags and underwear  got mixed up
