I wore these boots all fall, winter, and spring in the last year, and started wearing them again as soon as I could this season. They have withstood the beating of long-walking travel days in Istanbul, Paris, New York, and DC. Even though they are a little narrow for my feet (I have wide feet), they've held up well and are remarkably comfortable for long days of walking. Other reviewers have complained about the quality- I have had no issues with mine, but in heavy times of wear I polish them once every month or so.

These Boots Can Take a Beating

I purchased these 1 year ago and I wear them almost daily during fall-spring. They were walkable from day 1, no break in period required. The shoelaces however are falling apart and I can't seem to find similar ones anywhere.
 I did not experience quality issues like the other reviewers did and I do not treat them very often like I should. I will though because they are an investment!
 Too bad they aren't made in the USA anymore.

Great booties no break in required!

I fell in love with these in Atlanta while on a trip and kept coming back to the store to try them on. They are incredibly comfortable- fit like a glove and give excellent ankle support. I usually wear an 8.5 but went with an 8 as the rounded toe is a bit long so I'd size down a half if you're considering. I agree the bottoms are slick but I think in time, with wearing them outside, that will toughen up a bit. I've worn them with jeans, leggings, and a dress- they work for every occasion! Love the vintage look but modern fit.

Love at First Site

Beautiful, stylish, COMFORTABLE!! The quality of the leather and the craftsmanship of these boots truly deserve 5+ stars. If they were in stock in brown I would order them also. These are very flattering to my size 7 slightly wide foot and fit is true to size. I believe these are a bit roomier in the toe box than my Carson tall pull on boots (nice). If these lace ups were available in the tall style I would buy them in a heartbeat.

Beautiful, stylish, COMFORTABLE!! The quality

These shoes are really beautiful and incredibly comfortable right out of the box. I'm usually somewhere between an 8.5 and 9.5 so I was a little nervous about what size to get. I went with the 9 and they are perfect. Plenty of room for my toes if I don't wear thick socks. But all of the other reviewers are right. These are crazy slick! I slipped and fell the second I walked outside and scuffed them up a bit. But they are so great that I could not bring myself to dock a star for it.

Stunning...but slick!

I bought these shoes to wear to work and wow I was beyond impressed with my purchase. These shoes are timeless looking and go with everything. You can dress an outfit up with these rather than wear combat boots. Overall its a great purchase. The toe is long so the sizing could be a problem for some people who are inbetween sizes.

Classic & Beautiful

I purchased the cognac about a year ago and they're gorgeous, high quality and comfortable. I took them to a shoe repair shop before wearing them and got rubber soles put on because they are quite slippery without them. Came back for a black pair but they're out of my size. Hopefully that's remedied soon.

Amazing!

I fell in love with everything about these in the store, they're comfortable, adorable, can be dressed up or down, but the bottoms are SO slick. I was spinning circles on one foot in the store like an ice skate. They'll rough up a bit with time, but never enough to handle midwest winters with potential ice. Went for the Veronica combat booties instead since they have a decent sole! Wish these could get even the tiniest amount of tread for a sole and it would have made my decision so much easier.

Super versatile, comfortable, but slick bottoms

I got the wrong size and now that i need to contact them nobody replies my emails or messages on Instagram and Facebook. I found multiple complaints about this company online! check out the comments under their posts on FB (the dont let you write reviews there, of course) it was my first time buying from them. I´m SO dissapointed!

i got the wrong size!

These look amazing on and I get compliments on them constantly, however.. I bought these about a year ago and within the first week rubber parts on the heels fell off completely. Now ( still wearing them sometimes) the leather seams to be separating from the sole. Pretty sad. I love the way they look but thought they would be made better. Im bummed.
