Build Quality

They are long. Color is not like show in picture. Not very quality. Not so good. I have multiple pairs. Snickers. Oxfords. Booties. But. This last. One. Not good

Very disappoint

The Frye Company

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My feet run long and narrow. These boots are not “small” they are narrow. Plenty of room for my long toes. Even enough room for arch supports which take up room. No need to order a size up. Just choose a different gal if you have wide feet.

Comfortable boots, right from the box.

Really love them! Looked at a lot of similar styles with other brands and I am so happy I have gone with Frye. My fourth pair and if any of them wear out before I do, I would replace each and every one!

Perfect combination of style and comfort

They are nice boots. A little narrow as I can't wear anything other than thin socks with them. Maybe they will stretch a bit. Right now they are stiff and hard to get on, but feel comfortable when on.

They are nice boots. A

People have said this runs small so I ordered up to 9. 5. Usually I wear 9 in Frye. Exchange was easy. Waiting to see if 9 fits right. If not I'll go lower to 8. 5.

Gorgeous shoe but they run large

Love them as far as look and feel . They run a little big but, I wore thin socks. My issue is the tab on the ankle was missing the grommet . When I wore them the first time I thought I just needed to re-snap the ankle pull . There is no snap . There is a grommet missing so I have a loose piece of leather hanging off one ankle . I am a little disappointed as no way someone did not notice if they looked before shipping them to me. . . . . I just assumed I needed to snap the ankle strap back in place. Left in a hurry with no time to assume otherwise my first Frye purchase . Love the boot wore all day with no breaking in period. Not happy I have to replace grommet for this price!

Love the boot but ankle tab grommet was missing. Flapping piece of leather on one boot is not to attractive. . . .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful boot, but the fit and sizing are off. The boot has no arch support yet runs about a size to a size and a half too large. The leather is also very stiff and uncomfortable.

Beautiful boot but uncomfortable wear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This I was the 5th pair I've ordered (although my account only shows this one).
I have 8 pair total all size 8 1/2. All previous ones fit perfectly.
These however are way too BIG.

Disappointed

Lovely looking boot, poorly made. I should've read the reviews before ordering them. Color is much darker, fits like an 8 though I ordered a 6. 5 and there's absolutely no ankle support. Most reviews are describing the same problem and not sure why it is still being sold. It is also final sale and I was offered a gift card return which I reluctantly accepted as there's not really any other Frye product I'm interested in and frankly am worried to even get anything else from this company.

Unfortunately I was unhappy with this boot and immediately emailed to start my return. I have since emailed twice waiting for a response and my return label. These boots are tan and not the honey color they appeared to be on line. I have loved all my Frye boots I have ever gotten except for these. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication regarding “easy returns”. I hope you make this right because I would like to continue to purchase Frye boots in the future but if this return does not get resolved then I will not be purchasing anymore Frye boots.
