Comfort

This is my third pair of this style boot. 5 stars! I love them. Ordered my usual size 11. I am 71 yrs old and these are about the only kind of boot I can wear anymore. They go with pretty much anything. These are a little stiffer out of the box than my others but today is day three and I have no doubt I can wear them all day. Please keep making them. I told my husband I will try not to buy any more of them …unless you bring out the maroon suede again … then all bets are off. Thanks Frye for making such a great boot!

This is my third pair

The Frye Company

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love them! I have been looking at these boots for a while and finally purchased them when they went on sale. They fit a little snug when I first put them on but quickly started to stretch and felt great. The quality is outstanding as usual and I love the color. Very satisfied with the purchase and well worth the wait. 😊

Great boots!

I love these boots! I ordered the black floral and they're very unique. They feel edgy but also feminine and elegant at the same time. Love the soft leather feel, and I know I'm going to need to wear them in a bit, but they're pretty comfortable right away.

Edgy yet elegant

I finally found my perfect combat boots! I've been searching for high-quality, comfortable lace-up combat boots, and these are exactly what I was looking for. The leather is beautiful and of excellent quality. I sized up half a size to accommodate my arch supports, which worked perfectly. There's a slight heel slippage, but it's not enough to cause blisters. I absolutely love them and highly recommend them!

I finally found my perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a beautiful classic style with the Frye quality we know and love. A new favorite!

These are a beautiful classic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best shoes I've ever owned. I am so excited about them!

Best shoes I've ever owned.

I read many reviews purchasing these boots, so I ordered up a half size. I ended up returning them and exchanged for my normal size. True size was perfect. I have high arches and a wider width foot. They're very comfortable with quality lasting leather, but wear the right socks. It makes a difference. I purchased the wine color… gorgeous.

Beautiful, comfortable, and a true fit

Great fit and comfort. TTS. I'm giving 3 stars because I got my first pair of Veronica Combat's a few years ago, which is superior crafting than the new one. The right boot has a slightly misaligned construction and one stich came undone after a couple of wears. My first pair will likely outlive this one. Both were made in Mexico.

Not as great as my first pair

I will start out saying these boots are beautiful and comfortable. However, the stitching on the inner heel of the right boots is coming out. 3 stitches are not in the boot and hanging out of the leather.( I just bought these boots so they should not have wear and tear yet?!?) To top that off, there is a clear hard glossy substance on the right inner heel. It's very shiny and doesn't match the rest of the heel at all. Going to have to get these replaced because I love them but need to have them in better condition upon receipt

Defective Stitching and heel

I so wanted to love this boot..I ordered a half size up after reading some reviews and still had to return for another full size up. Unfortunately, they are still too tight in the toe and I am regular width. Even with a thin sock I knew my feet would kill me trying to break these in if I could even get them stretched enough. If you have a narrow foot then you'll probably be fine, anything other than that and you should avoid this boot.

Painfully Uncomfortable

I got the boots, but there's a problem. The heel on the right boot is cracked and not very well glued. Also, the heels on both boots are not the same height. The right one is taller than the left one. I really want to keep them but I'm scared to wear them because I think the heels might come off. Will be returning.

Workmanship quality issues. Disappointed.
