i love these i hung them on a beam outside in my back yard i enjoy using them to get some time under tension workouts

strong rings and webbing.  Webbing (straps) are long enough to loop around a pullup bar 8' off the ground and still have the rings hanging just a few inches off the floor (for pushups)

These rings are very sturdy with no give. they nicely textured for a good grip. The straps provided are simple to install and adjust and very strong.

The rings were perfectly fine, didn't like the fact that the box came wide open!
