Bought this mattress off the website was crossing my fingers i wouldn't be disappointed. Didnt take long for shipment and let me tell you it was heavyweight.  It was roled up and air wrapped super tight.  Once opened it went sraight out and within a few hours it was ready to sleep on..Let me tell you this mattress is soft to touch,  pillowy soft and comfortable to sleep on. I recommend this mattress

Best purchase

I bought 2 of the same mattress. They are beautiful in material and very comfortable. The first one, I was incredibly happy with the firmness and comfort. I didn't realize that they would even have a coil inside. I do have a problem with the second one, however, it didn't fill like the first one so isn't firm but a little bit too soft. I fell off the bed when I sat at the end of it. That was unexpected since I ordered the 2 at the exact same time.. I'm not sure why there is such a big difference and I don't know how to talk to the online customer service.

10 inch foam mattresses

I bought this one online for "Black Friday Sale"  and delivered a few days ago on Thursday of Nov. 27. I slept peacefuly on Friday night straight through 8 hours. So cozy %26 comfy. Excellent mattress %26 wonderful profectional, curteous %26 free delivery service. I highly recommend to anyone. I honerstly tried to search 6 different other places for a similar mattress while this is least expensive, good quality one (Please read the detailed fantastic description of this mattress).

Quality, excellent, money worth.

It is so comfortable but I find it very hot to sleep on and there is no firmness on the edges. If you sit on the side you better sit way into the mattress or your sliding right off. Don't even think about laying to close to the side or you're rolling off. Didn't I mention it is comfortable and will put you in a coma.

I tried to rerun this bed because it was not 12 inch like they say it was only 10 inch and the middle of the mattress was higher then the sides, I couldn't return it because my husband was out of town and it was to heavy for me to bring at the door and I couldn't order an new one and bring in the house so I had to keep it !! I got it at a really good price for Black Friday it's not as comfortable as a memory phoam this one has coils and I would prefer just memory phoam !! I had to keep it I will eventually change it my other one was 12 inch and memory phoam and it was better

Not 12 inch like they say !!

Despite what the title, description and photos say:

This mattress is NOT CertiPUR-US certified. 
(It is not listed on the site's registry nor does it have a label).

This mattress is NOT Oeko-Tex certified. 
(It does not have a label or registration number). 

It also seems there may be a recall on this mattress - see photo. Mattress I received is Crayan (this name is not listed in the description on the Walmart website).

Misleading description and safety concerns

I really want to return it buy I live in a apartment in 11th floor and bed is already expanded and I dont have a car so there is not way I can bring it down the apartment and get a car and get it to Walmart hence I am not returning if not there is pickup return option I would definitely. Worst product.

Not at all as descibed

This is the worst mattress I have ever slept on. We have been using it for almost two weeks, and we have not slept well at all during this time. The mattress is extremely soft—you feel like you are sinking and almost falling to the floor.

Because of this, both my husband and I have been experiencing constant back pain. We wake up every morning with severe pain, and we are even afraid to move during the night because it feels unstable, as if we might fall off the bed.

This situation is seriously affecting our health and sleep quality.

The worst mattress ever

Save your money - I got this mattress and the quality is no good. It's way too soft to the point   where I can practically feel my bed frame when I sit or lay down. The corners are weak and have no backbone. It says memory foam but I can feel the springs when I get on this mattress. Worst part is Walmart won't refund it until I return it but I got a king size which I cannot just vacuum seal or even carry myself. Very disappointed. I slept on this for the first time last night and woke up with pulled neck and shoulder muscles.

Poor Quality

I purchased this 10-inch hybrid memory foam mattress based on the description, but after using it for one month, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The mattress feels very uncomfortable and poorly supportive, nothing like a true hybrid memory foam. Instead of relieving pressure, it has caused me severe back pain, which I never had before using this mattress. I gave it enough time to adjust, but the quality and comfort have only gotten worse. This product does not match the description, and I am very unhappy with the purchase as the mattress is clearly not suitable for proper sleep or back support.

Bad quality
