[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had a couple of golf watches. Garmin performs best.

walmart.com

only negative i can say. it has a prompt that ask you to enter your score. this only ask once you are around 50 yards away from the flag. our local course has a lot of tee boxes closer then 50 yards from the previous hole. wish they would adjust this to 20 yards

scoring prompt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very surprised on how well this watch performed. The battery life is superb and the performance is spot on. I am very pleased with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A GPS watch with this price tag, you couldn't ask for more. Good Battery Life, enough for 27 holes. Accurate course info %26 distance to green. Not a high resolution display but you got what you paid.

A Great GPS watch

I've had this Garmin Approach S44 for a month now. I've played up to 7 different courses in 2 different states and had no issues with the watch immediately finding my course. The distances have been spot on. No longer do I need to carry my phone with me to get distances. The watch band is very comfortable and comes in different colors. I would definitely recommend this watch for the price. You can find and pay more for added features but for me it wasn't necessary.

Love this watch

Garmin

This has been a great placement for my approach s60 which finally gave out. It is definitely a step up with technology in how it recognizes most of my strokes and prefills the information to accept of easily change, like the extra stroke for a lost ball. I love the bright display and intuitive features.

Great replacement for my S60

I had a very old Garmin golf watch and it finally "was done". So I checked out several golf watches, as there are many out there, now. I still bought a new Garmin Approach S44 and I love it! Very easy to get set up and it charges up quickly. Love it.

smaller size and great color graphics

I really enjoy how light and thin the watch is. Similar to my whoop you almost forget you're wearing it. With Garmins ecosystem of products this is a great watch to improve my time on the course.

Not needing to have my phone with me and find instant ranges is great to disconnect and play 9 holes walking. I do find it cumbersome to take the watch on and off due to the small wristband. This was an easy fix as there are a ton of 3rd part options and I prefer a silicone band for sweat.

Great watch (light, thin, and minimal”ist”

ExpertVoice.com

Awesome S50 watch! So glad I went this route over Apple. I've been wearing it all day and I've never been a watch person before, but I forget I have it on. Plan on getting the Garmin Z30 rangefinder to sync it up and only have to use the range finder once a hole.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] if u just want a watch for golf, is great for that. i just wish it had the heart rate, oxygen level, and the health stuff. The battery lasted a while, its good and brite in the sun.

the first time I used the Approach S44 it worked perfect, downloaded the software up date and went to play another round. The watch kept getting stuck on the previous hole, to the point that I finished my round drove home and showered and it still said I had 220 yards to the green on 17. Went to download my round only to find every third hole stats were missing. Very disappointed!

great ....once
