Very comfortable! The massage pillow is amazing!! The footrest is comfy and extends pretty far- if you're tall or short it will accommodate you! Assembly is a breeze too, not difficult, took about 30-35 min.

i like it. i went on YouTube to watch a video of someone putting one of these together and found out i was putting the foot rest in upside down. fixed it an am very happy with the chair.

Really comfy!! Though the "massage" isn't rlly a massage, just a vibration provided by the lower back pillow. Overall an amazing purchase 10/10 would buy again

The chair was insanely easy to put together and only took like 30 minutes. The also looks really cool once assembled! It has this sleek/ clean look. The chair cushion could be better, it kind of feels a little flat but it's not bad. The massager is AMAZING. Overall, I'd give it a 8 out of 10. Definitely would recommend.

Great chair, east assembly.

I absolutely live this chair. It comfortable easy to set up. The only thing I don't like about it is one screw on the armrest came loose after a couple days. It felt like it was difficult for the screw to align. But it's very  comfortable. It is a perfect gift for someone who loves to game like my boyfriend.

These are not the same chairs!.. 
 
I first noticed a quality difference between the two when I was putting the white chair together, it took me twice as long and a lot of the bolts and holes did not lineup correctly. Not a big deal I eventually did get the chair together and immediately noticed that the wheels on the white chair do not work at all- I started to get worried because I had no issue putting together the black chair and it's wheels work fine. I then decided I was going to inspect both chairs side-by-side and I am absolutely shocked at the quality difference between the two. The black chair is sturdy and comfortable, the white chair is wobbly even though all the bolts are tightly secured on both. There are also very big cosmetic differences between the two. The armrests are different on both chairs, And the fabric on the black chair is smooth, while the fabric on the white chair has poor quality and bunches up in the corners. 

my advice to anyone purchasing this chair is to just go ahead and get the black one.

I already reached out to the company hoping that they can send me some new wheels for the white chair. 
this is incredibly disappointing for how much I paid for them

Same chair, two colors, two different qualities

ordered this chair in black ans purple, received it and it was grey and black and the wrong brand . brand is luck racer .. my little brother likes it, judt wasnt too happy about it being the wrong color and chair...

I purchased this as a Christmas present and it did come on time, correct color, everything was good at first. The chair wasn't assembled until January 2nd, and my boyfriend was complaining about it getting more loose and loose. The chair is in two pieces now and it hasn't been used that long….
