Can be clear and easy to follow, but may also be unclear or missing.

Assembly process takes around 30-45 minutes with clear instructions.

Offers great value considering quality and features.

Offers customizable lower back stability.

Writing this review mainly as an update to some of the reviews that had me worried prior to ordering.
First, the chair comes packed securely in a large box - not terribly heavy but would be awkward to carry if you’re someone with short arms. It contains assembly instructions, in color and was very clear on how to assemble. Took me about an hour with answering texts during assembly. The head pillow is not difficult to zipper shut (at least anymore), I was able to complete this with no problems.
Overall - quality seems to be in line with the price point - wheels had no issues, the lumbar support and head rest are both removable and the head rest is adjustable height. Armrests seem solid and well constructed. I ordered this for my 10 yo son, so I expect that it will last quite some time.

Instructions Included, Good Quality

walmart.com

Easy to assemble in less than 1 hour by yourself. It’s very comfortable and I love the way it feels plus an added bonus with the pillows for neck and back support and the sliding foot rest. I like that it also leans back for a chill vibe especially for a gamer.

Only con I have is that the foot rest is kinda hard to push back in like it needs to be greased for a better slide.

Gamer Chair

The gaming chair is perfect because it comes with a footrest and it bends back far if you want it to and raises up and goes down easy, nice cushion on the back and headrest part and arm rest are cushion. It will probably stay pretty nice for a long time, easily rolls though, I suggest a good size carpet piece under it that's what I use to have some sort of grip on the ground so I don't go rolling, super comfy for long periods of time, I'm 5'1 and it fits pretty nice for me the back goes higher than me sitting a little.

Great value for the price point

I’m writing this because I noticed a lot of people struggling with the headrest assembly. It’s a great chair, but the headrest cover is extremely tight. If you try to force the zipper right away, it will probably break.

The material is elastic, so you have to stretch it into place first. Here is the trick that works:

The Proper Way to Assemble the Headrest:

Anchor it: Place both of your palms firmly on the back of the headrest.

The "Claw" Pull: Use all of your fingers to grab the front cover and pull it toward yourself with a "claw" motion.

Stretch it out: Don't be afraid to pull hard—the material is designed to stretch so it fits snugly.

Seat the fabric: Pull the cover all the way to the top until it’s fully in place.

Zip last: Only pull the zipper once the fabric is completely set.

Whatever you do, do NOT try to zip it first! If the cover isn't stretched over the frame, the tension may snap the zipper. Take your time, stretch it out, and it will fit perfectly.

A Quick Tip to Save Your Headrest (and Your Time!)

Next-Gen GTRACING Black Gaming Chair for Enhanced Immersion
Gaming Chair with Bluetooth Speakers: Surround Sound Immersion Redefined.so
This is totally untrue as there is no Bluetooth Speakers to be found anywhere on this Chair, which is a Selling Point.
I feel that without the Bluetooth Speakers, as Advertized that I should be given a % of my Money back.

Takes about 50 minutes to put ogether.
Nothing wrong with Headrest Pillow as you just have to pull the material together as you pull up the Zipper. Easy Peazy
Grandson loved it.

Basical

Good Gaming Chair

It looks great and feels comfortable. The only reason why I am giving it a low rating is because there are broken zippers on the product. I would have returned it but I already had it assembled and not easy to disassemble and put back in the box. Also, the box that it came in was terrible looking and it looked like it was about to fall apart. I have pictures but I can upload from my photos because the review or Walmart app will not let me. See the photos that I took using the Walmart app.

Comfortable but broken zippers

This was for my son birthday. Not to happy with this product and the damage out of box was a surprise.look at the pictures and you tell me. What would you do.

Damaged

Bought this chair for the kid.. it's a pretty good entry level gaming chair and the kids love it.

It was all straight forward but has 1 major downside. The internal part of the headrest will have you cussing all day trying to get the cover to go around it and zip up.

Almost like the leather cover was miss measured just enough to drive you insane.

I was at the point where I was more than ready to pay the $50.00 for the at home assembly and that's when it finally decided to do like its supposed to do..

Don't ask me how because I probably couldn't do it again to save my life.

not the best but not the worse

Assembly is the only thing ok with this chair. The base that raises and lowers feels sturdy but the rest is garbage. After installing the headrest I went to zip it closed. Zipper broke immediately. After all the putting it together I was not taking it back for a zipper. I taped it up. Not worth the price in my opinion.

Buy at your own risk

This chair fell apart after a few days. One of the arms will NOT stay on. We try to fix it over and over. It just falls back off. The foot rest sits loosely under the seat, and comes completely off when you try to pull it out to use. I hate this chair. It's a pain to take this big chair to the store to return it, so I use it with a dangling arm rest, and threw the foot rest away. Junk.
