Exceptional item

These corn cakes are thin and fresh and only have two ingredients, corn grits and a little sea salt —very little flavor, but that's OK. I need to be gluten-free and I am thankful to have the corn in addition to brown rice cakes (after all one can't eat rice all the time). Just use your imagination and top them with something and you'll feel good about what you're eating.

The only corn cakes that I can find.. they are OK
