I have been a vegetarian for 18 years and the Gardein seven grain crispy tenders are one of my staple products that I repurchase. I use these mainly for wraps but have also eaten them in place of chicken nuggets in the past with ketchup or other dipping sauces. They are easy to cook in the air fryer and have a crunchy texture and lots of flavour.

These tenders can be eaten in a variety of ways. Easy to prepare. The only thing I don't like is how expensive they are.  I regularly purchased the gardein items that have been recently discontinued. I was devastated and it took me a while to take the risk of trying this. The price kept me from trying it earlier.

Quick meal

Our daughter absolutely loved these but when I went to buy more I can no longer find at our local grocer . I will have to research if they have been discontinued or ask if just no longer carried at our small town grocer

Vegetarian option but can't currently find anymore

I love these ‘chicken' tenders. I would have everyday if I could! I find some vegan alternatives dry but these are perfect. Worth trying if you're testing vegan foods.

These are great in the air fryer. We used them for thanksgrather than turkey and were delicious with gravy and potatoes. A good simple and tasty meat alternative.

Simple And Tasty

This is one of my favourite plant based meat alternatives. They are delicious on their own but also great to use in wraps, salads and other dishes. My only complaint is I can't find them in southern Ontario anymore!

Love the seven grain crispy tenders

They are so tasty and there are many ways to have them.  You can throw them in a salad, on their own or in a pita.  They are a good source of protein. They are good as a snack or a meal.

Better Than Chicken

These are great! Easy to make and delicious. Can eat them on alone, or on a sandwich or on rice - works well with anything. Would recommend and will definitely be getting again

Best tenders around

I bought the meat-free meat tenders for my kids, as I like him to be vegetarian and it was super easy to prepare them, but the taste was lacking, because the texture is way off from the real stuff after I tasted it, but overall it is a good replacement

Good Vegan Option

Just another attempt to try and make something taste like meat and a failure. We tried to sneak this in as a sub with our kids and they figured it out immediately and refused to eat.
