Great scale, was used to the Fitbit Aria scale but the Garmin S2 scale a lot better. User friendly with Garmin Connect app. Syncs fast. Great features. Highly recommended

The scale interfaces very smoothly with my Internet connection and data is processed quickly into the Garmin Application. It works really well on a hard tile floor.

Works Consistently

I bought this a little over a month ago, doesn’t recognize when my foot is on it to activate, doesn’t connect to my Garmin apps, I’ve had to reset it 9-10 times. 
I can’t return it because I threw away the packaging. 
3 stars only because it’s very accurate weight wise.

I am active and not overweight, I am 5’08” at 220 lbs.  with it being a smart scale that can compute your muscle weight, it has my BMI and body fat percentage extremely high (straight off a chart reading instead of calculating the actual muscle mass, body fat percentage and BMI)

Calculations need improvement

The set up on this thing is hard. I have fought  with it for many hours, trying to get it to pair to both me and my wife phone. I can get it to pair of my phone and it kicks her off. I can get it to pair of her phone, and then it kicks me off. There’s gotta be an easier way, or else a return.

Pairing problems

I got this straight from Garmin and spent 3 hours trying to get it to pair to the network and take a reading, to no avail.  Endless syncing screens, tried resetting and now It can't even find a single wifi network.  I think their software is quite buggy, and it might also have a janky wifi chip in it.   Unfortunately I have to return it as it's just a paperweight.

Mine couldn't even complete setup

Terrible product. Weight not accurate by over 50 lbs. won’t send weight to phone app even though it says both are synced.

Terrible product

After initial setup which appeared to go smoothly it kept restarting.  I did a factory reset, it kept restarting.  I did a firmware update and it kept restarting.  It kept going from blue triangle screen to a weight screen and then to a black screen and then start over with the blue triangle.  I did manage to capture my weight while on the weight screen but even that seemed awkward with the first digit on the display being messed up.

Poor Quality

I just bought it and it doesn't work. It just blinks a blue triangle all the time.

Expensive junk

Overpriced garbage.  inaccurate,  drops pairings, cant have multiple users.  15 lb difference stepping off then back on
