[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] just used this as a leave in for my frizzy, curly, wavy hair. I have thin strands, but it's long, to my waist, and although it was a sample amount there was enough to coat most of my hair as I don't usually condition my roots due to scalp issues. I read the package and for some reason my brain didn't get what the scent would be. As in, it said ginger, and I thought "fresh ginger", but it smelled delicious! Spicy, warm, but not cloying or artificial. I have my hair plopped right now and I can smell it faintly from there and slightly on my hands as well. As a curly, it had decent slip but with the amount of product provided, not really enough to be great. Honestly, looking at the size of the retail tube, I'd probably end up using 1/3 to 1/2 to adequately coat my strands. 
We will see how well it works and even if it isn't a miracle product, I'll buy it again for the smell alone.

LOVE a ginger moment

I received the Ginger Recovery Leave-In or Rinse-Out Treatment as a sample. The product smelled amazing. I used it as a leave in and it immediately made my hair softer. The product worked well with my styling creme on my natural hair. I would recommend it to others and plan on adding it to my weekly wash day regiment.

Ginger Recovery Treatment

Just bought this to try because my curly hair has been sooo dry, damaged and in desperate need of a cut. I've been trying everything under the sun and piling on the products just to try to run a comb through my hair. I was so happy with the results. I didn't have to put any other product in my hair. It was detangled and soft. I could see the results after one use. I used it as a rinse out treatment. I am going to have to try more Whole Blend products !

Better than "It's a 10" hair mask

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried using this product as a leave in product as well as a conditioning treatment and rinsing out. When I left it in, it made my hair look dirty and oily. I tried this way several times with different amounts of product. I also let it sit on my hair for about 10 minutes after shampooing before rinsing out and that was much better. It made my hair feel soft and healthy. I would continue using but only with rinsing out after applying.

I find it difficult to find a moisturizing conditioner that doesn't weigh my hair down but provides adequate moisture & shine. This product did make my hair feel healthy both as a leave-in and rinsed but it made my hair droopy. If I had really thick, coarse hair, I think it would have been beneficial. The smell was awesome, though!

This is just the conditioner in a tube.  Do not leave in, always rinse out.  Makes hair look dull.
