Found these boots on sale or I wouldn't have bought them and I'm glad I did they are more comfortable and after 2 months seems to be a better boot than the Rocky's or Georgia superlites I have been getting. I will definitely be buying a second pair.

Light and are broke in from the start.

I've always been a Georgia Boot fan so naturally when my last pair finally went out I found the side zip work Wellington. I love the style, and funcinality of the boot, comfort is better than my last pair, I got wide size to wear with "boot socks" fit like a glove! I am a flatbed truck driver so climbing on and off of trailers and being on my feet comfort and function are most important to me. All around great boot!

Size and comfort

I have been buying Georgia boots for about 12 years now. From boots for my 6 year old grandson to the mud dogs and wellingtons for my sons to work in. Trust me when I say these boots were made to last. (My 22 year old son still has mud dogs from 8 years ago). You won't find better boots for longevity and performance...Love Georgia Boots!!!!

Boots that will never fail

Found the previous version on sale 8 years ago and tried them.  Lasted 4 years through horseback riding, bird hunting, working around the farm.  Great boot when you don't know what the day will bring.  I usually wear a more secure boot for hiking or forestry work, but this pair is usually what I carry as my alternate.  This is not a $300 Gore-tex boot, but the workmanship and durability is better than some boots that cost nearly that much.  As for water-resistance, it will get you through a mudpuddle with no problems, but don't expect to stay 100% dry if slogging through rain-soaked grass.

On my 2nd pair.

Great boot. I wear it working cattle. Perfect height and completely waterproof. I have big calves so the right leg boot I don't zip up all the way but it stays zipped up all day. I put orthotic insoles in all my shoes and these definitely needed them. The footbed is very firm. I just wish a boot maker would make a midcalf waterproof boot that had croc like cushioning. I have nerve damage in my feet so crocs are the only shoe I can wear all day on my feet with no pain. Despite all my issues I would still recommend these boots. They are well made.

Nice boot

I bought these years ago, and still like new. Great choice and very functional. Great for rainy days or days at the camp and all around, dressy enought to wear wirh a button up out on the town. Thick socks make a tight squeeze but will keep you warm while the boots keep you dry. They have some weight to them and its the only drawback and why I didn't give them 5 stars. Then again I bought them for the waterproof feature and looks not lightweight every day wear. Can't be beat for the money!

Great all around boot

These are pretty good boots but couple problems I had to left boots the Fabrics coming out of it it's hard to get my boot off and both of the inserts Souls don't fit my feet I had to pull them out and get my own feet get a little damp but other than that they're holding up pretty good

Good  but

The stitching at the top back of the boot is very rough and scratches the back if my legs as I try to walk. I have taken them to a shoe repair shop to have this repaired with some soft leather to cover this stitching. I hope that they will be wearable after this, otherwise I will have to give them away. What a shame. Otherwise they are fine.

Quality of materials is very good.  Heavy Grade zipper.  Fit is comfortable if you can manage to get your foot into them.  Practically impossible to put them on due to the very narrow base.  The liner on the left boot tore apart the first week.  Also, no padding at top of boot so expect to get skin abrasions along your calf.
