My husband loves these boots. When he was a roofer the Muddogs were the only boots he has found that can work for years nearly everyday. Roofing is hard on boots. We have never found a tougher stronger boot. They are waterproof they have a Steele toe and with all that they are so comfortable he still wears them today.

This is my second pair.  I bought a pair about 18 months ago.  I  wore them to work everyday since I  got them until I got this pair.  Now I alternate them.  I work in industrial maintenance.   I am on my feet all day.  I work around hydraulic oil, cleaning solvents,  strong acids (sulfuric, hydrochloric,  etc.) And strong bases (45% concentration of potassium hydroxide).  The rubber is scuffed up on the older pair, and the leather is showing signs of its age, but everything is still intact.  The insoles have lost some of their cushioning,  but they are still pretty comfortable.

Durable and comfortable

This review is two weeks in.  I was concerned when I tried them on and the left was a little tighter than the right around the top of the rubber part.  I thought they would be hard to break in as well, they seemed pretty stiff.  Two weeks in they have broken in nicely and are not stiff at all.  They are true to size; I wear a size 10 athletic shoe and that is the size I purchased.  After the inner cushion wears down, I will replace them with my Timberland Pro cushions (which are thicker), but that shouldn't be for a while.  I walk through oil-base mud constantly and the waterproof rubber is perfect.  I really like the holes at the top that allow me to pull them on.  The large opening does allow for more rocks than normal to get in, but it isn't a bad trade-off.  I owned Red Wings Worx before, which were great; however, for my work environment, I prefer the Mud Dogs.

I would just like to thank all the good people involved on my latest Georgia Boot purchase. I have been a long time customer and fan of your quality products. I work in the woodworking industry as a Service Engineer for a company that sells the highest quality moulders, grinders, and finger joint machines money can buy. So as you can imagine, traveling all over the country is part of daily life. I have also had the privilege of being a field service technician all my life. This is the 8th pair of quality boots I have purchased. These boots have withstood the harsest work environments that North America has to offer. Sincerest Thankfulness and Gratitude to all who have been apart of this great product.

8th pair or Mud Dog Boots.

Boots are fantastic. Very comfortable out of the box. First day on the the job it was wet and I had a heavy object fall on the steel toe. Feet were dry and my feet were protected

Great Boot for the hard worker in tough condition

I've had these boots for about 3 weeks now, and over all they are very comfortable. I guess the only negative thing I have to say about them is that, because there is so much rubber, they are harder to break in than most boots. The comfort core insole is magnificent. The leather seems to be very durable. Over all I like these boots a lot.

Tough Boots

My husband loves Georgia Muddogs, we bought these for our wedding so he hasn't worn them yet, but the price was fantastic! I don't think we could have gotten them at this price in store! and the shipping was FAST!!!! I can almost guarantee we will be ordering these once a year from here!!!

Best Ever

Just recently purchased the Mud dog Wellington workboot. Good boot. But taking a little longer to work in from New and I bought my usual size and width and seem to be more "snug" than other boots I've purchased. Getting comfortable tho. I think these boots will be a good buy. Thanks Georgia Boot

Good boot but....

The boot looks great and appears well made, My foot would not go into the boot so I think it was sized incorrectly or made wrong for the size. It was a 14m and I even had someone who wears a size 13 try the boot on. again their foot would not go into the boot. I was very disappointed as it is a nice looking boot. cant tell you how it would feel though to wear it.
