[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave This rack a rating of 4 stars because the instructions of how to assemble this coat rack is crazy instead of giving you the full instructions,on where to place the long and short screws.. all the short screws go in the crown %26 the long screws go in the bottom of the rack.   assembling  This needs better instructions, you also need to make a video for this rack .but I gave it 4stars  only because it's a nice looking rack is very complicated to put together. At least I'm giving the public some instructions to make it easier to build.

Great addition to the entry way

Very difficult to put together almost like you needed three hands

I love the design, the color and wood. 
After putting it together the middle rod wouldn't tighten.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but please do not waste your time on this coat rack. It is the biggest piece of junk that I've ever ordered online in my whole life. Save your money and go buy something else.
