I am a ginger girl. And I absolutely adore this brand. They always have high-quality products at not exorbitant prices. This is exactly like the sushi you get in a sushi restaurant minus the fake pink color. Pairs great with Home done sushi, bowls, and other seafood or just as a snack 10 out of 10 do recommend

Ginger

This ginger hits everytime. I love how packed full the jars always are and how crunchy and fesh the ginger tastes. I buy them for snacking. I could eat a whole jar in one sitting if I allowed myself. Our walmart stopped carrying this brand but I will order online for the quality you get with this brand. Mmm!

Crisp, fresh and flavorful

this is so good, better than buying the fresh ginger, where you're not sure if your shopper would pick you up a good piece of ginger or not, the flavor is excellent a little peppery %26 sweet, works in well with whatever you add it to, like rice or tea %26 soups, I fell in love with this product, tried it once, %26 can't stop.

Short Cut

This is the closest I've found to the sushi ginger served at restaurants. The flavor is suitably yangy and low salt. others I've tried were much too salty.

i absolutely love this ginger! It's sweet with a little zing..  great for a snack. It can be used for cooking but its on the sweet side. The only downfall is the jar is small for the price.

So Good!! Just Pricey

It's hard to find pickled ginger that doesn't have aspartame in it. This is one of those that doesn't. I prefer Sushi Chef but since covid I can't find it anywhere. The texture with this ginger is "softer" and I like a crunchy texture but it's still good. I love it with sushi but usually I just eat it straight out of the jar. I love ginger! It's good for burning those calories too!

This is the best sushi ginger I have ever bought. It tastes just like the ginger we get out at our favorite sushi restaurant. I like the fact that it is organic and does not have any dyes or artificial flavors. It has a great taste and perfect crunch. I always keep an extra jar in stock so I don't run out.

Excellent ginger

FYI...I was a lil prejudiced when I bought this.  I had some sushi ginger that came with sushi I'd had the other day. I thought this ginger would taste similar.  They were completely different! I was expecting a clean, sharp heat ginger taste, with a slight barely there sweetness somewhere in the mix.  Totally opposite.  This was very sweet, barely any heat, and kiddie version of a ginger taste.  Oh and I was not expecting the overwhelming vinegr taste.  Did I get the wrong kind??????? Probably.  It's good, just not what I was looking for.

Good but not as expected.

I use a lot of pickled ginger.  once in awhile I try a different brand.  This one by far is the worst.  It was mushy, No crisp, So watered down to the point the Ginger flavor is none existent, So much sugar was added it masked any rice vinegar that may have been in it, it was like syrup.  I would never take it even for free.
