It's not exactly ground chicken.  It's more like a paste, but I found a great use for it.  I am into the Keto way of eating and I used it to make a meat base/crust pizza.  Turned out amazing and tasted great.

Top quality, convenient packaging and great value.  Very easy to freeze and handle once defrosted based on convenient packaging.  Excellent dollar value!

PERFECT!

Very lean. It's more a meat paste than ground. That really doesn't deter me though. May gross out others. It's easier to work with when partially frozen.
I added some bread crumbs and seasonings, shaped into nuggets, double battered and fried them. Turned out very well. 

Price is quite good for what it is.

Like the low price. Works and tastes fine. A bit sticky due to very fine grind but works up well.

Does the trick

Too finely ground to do anything but patties really. Price for 2.50 is excellent though, great when fried and seasoned right, cajun, barbeque, great alternative to beef when wanting something different.

Low quality. Bought 5 chicken and 5 turkey but 3 out of the 5 chicken were actually turkey with chicken label.
