I did not pay enough attention but it is not white flour. So i cannot bake asexpected. I just filtering the flour and it is a better result for my pastries.

I recommend if they didn't open whe they pack

I ordered this product online a week ago, got it in a good amount of time. My issue is that I ordered 5 bags and every single one was torn open from the opening, and one had even been ripped, then taped up from the bottom! I don't know if these had been already opened, or was the result of careless loading of products, but I am disappointed with Walmart for sending me my flours in such a condition.

It turns out to very chewing when you make chappati of it.We won't recommend for India chappaties.

But if you want to make tortillas then it can be a good option.
