Does its job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembly is easy but instructions are not clear. When assembling support bar, don't use spring buttons until pieces all in place. Only minor flaws to me are that I'd prefer to have adjustment knobs on outside for safety, plus spring cover isn't tight and string location could be better.

Simple assembly, minor flaws

The blue cover for the springs doesnt fully attach. The springs are exposed!!!! 

No customer service..Just opened package and the cover does not cover the springs. 

Instructions were vague. Bounce was good. But needed to return it.
