This chair is pretty great. Hard to move around since its got a base instead of wheels but what do ya expect from a massage chair that needs to be stable. 7 different settings for massage, can run for 30 mins. Light massage, not deep.

Absolutely super confortable chair, fairly easy to assemble. Only drawback would be that its a lot lower to the ground than I assumed, with no hydrolic to raise. Unfortunate, but I can adapt and get some raiser underneath. Super worth it too since it was heavily discounted.

Nice chair

The assembly was a bit of a hassle, but the end product was great. It looks like the exact product on the site. The quality of the chair is great, and the material is comfortable.  You have to plug in the chair in order to use the massage feature, sucks for me because I don'tcare to sit that close to the TV, and the cord isn't very long. I  absolutely love this chair. It's great if you don't care to roll or move the chair while gaming. I dont care to recline in it unless I'm watching TV.

Great buy

Chair is really nice and comfortable only one issue is the screws are a bit hard to get into position. massager is nice and it's really sturdy bait i bit on the heavy side if you want to move it around. I'll give it a 9.5/10 assembly was the only reason its not 10/10

REALLY NICE..

The chair is good quality, and it's very comfortable however, the chair is really low to the ground. It was lower than the desk we had set up so it was a bit awkward. Recommend getting the one that lifts. Look and feels exactly like this one but it gives a height adjustment.

i like the chair itself but i did not get all the parts to build it

There are welded bars that go across the bottom where the cushion is they're pretty wide apart and the back one broke came unwelded if there had been more going across the bottom instead of being a 6 inches apart. And my grandson only weighs 120 lb. So I'm really not satisfied I paid a lot of money for it

It was missing all the hardware, probably because the box was full of holes and ripped up when I got it. Directions were not great on how to put it together. This was a Christmas gift and it sucks it was missing pieces.

Terrible product. Havent used it more than 3 weeks and the “leather” is coming apart at multiple seams. I attached a picture but there's several at all the contact points. Came with dozens of loose bolts and some you can't even tighten anymore so it makes a loud bang every time you sit in it. Also requested to cancel my order due to the wrong address being put In and they sent it anyway. Luckily it wasn't a random address. Terrible product and terrible service

Don't buy

Not worth the money or time to assemble. Very cheap material and structure. Very difficult to assemble. Took me 4 days to assemble due to alignment issues and plastic material surrounding the bolts stripping out easily. It is not leather. It is thin vinyl. I am trying to return it but WalMart and the chair company is refusing return because it was put together.
