Ease Of Cleaning

Flavor

Chicken Cooking

Requires minimal effort for simple operation.

Enables low-oil food preparation methods.

Product has a crunchy outside when cooked.

I have a countertop oven which is larger than a toaster oven. It saves lots of energy than a regular oven so I use this countertop oven a lot. The 12.5” x 9.5” Gotham Steel Crisper Tray fits perfectly in this oven. I have cooked sausages, pork chops, drumsticks, potatoes with this crisper tray and basket. All turns out very good. I handwash both the tray and basket. Because they are non-stick, so it is easy to wash. The basket is stiff enough to hold the food in it, but it bends a bit if putting pressure on the mesh part when washing or storing it. It can be pushed back though. I took the chance to order 2 of this and very happy with my purchases. The trays stack perfectly, although the basket can also be stacked, I just wish they would stack neatly like the trays.

Gotham Steel Nonstick Copper Crisper Tray

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted a pan like this years ago, and it has become one of our baking dishes

This works great. However, be sure to clean very soon after it cools or stuff will eventually bake on and will be much harder to remove. I will continue to purchase.

Great Crisper Tray

have used four times as of today. bacon came out great, watch it the first time so you know how long to leave in for your own oven.
crispy fries-have only done frozen fries so far.
no need to spray or oil, the non stick coating does well.
i do store with a thin piece of card paper i cut to size to help prevent any scratching of the flat pan from the legs on the basket.
overall pleased with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exactly the size I wanted, very good quality.

If you need a smaller Gotham crisper tray this is the item for you. Its excellent!

Gotham Crisper Tray

Gotham air fryer basket

Love this pan set. So easy to clean.
Food browns & crisps up nicely.

Love This Pan Set!!!

Smaller than what I expected. Not large enough for cooking food for my family. Will return it to get a larger one (at least 15” pan and basket)

Gotham Steel Nonstick 12.5' x 9.5" Crisper Tray Piece Set centered front view of the 12.5" x 9.5" nonstick ceramic-coated elevated mesh basket resting in the shallow baking tray with easy-grip handles; raised mesh promotes 360° air circulation, dishwasher- and oven-safe to 500°F, PTFE-, PFOA- and PFOS-free, often used as an air-fryer alternative for crisping fries or reheating pizza.
