I purchased this in June 2026. After installing and using it, I noticed that the manufacture date is July 2024. That means that this seat is only good for 8 years and not 10. Buyer beware with Walmart. Other than that, it is a great seat. Easy to install and our grandchild was very comfortable in it.

Buyer Beware and Check Expiry Date Before Purchase

Very good quality! Easy to adjust after glancing at the owner's manual. I got two of these for my 9 month granddaughter. One for my car and one for her mom's car.

Bought 2 car seats for my granddaughter.

GracoBaby.com

It's difficult to install, other than that. It's an awesome car seat, kiddo loves it. It's not as hot or doesn't retain heat as much as other car seat brands and in 100 degree Texas summers we need something like this.

Great product, worth it.

I was SUPER hesitant to buy this car seat as it was brand new on the market, had zero reviews, and I wasn't able to see it in person anywhere. I'm the type of person who reads hundreds of reviews and mulls over my options for a long before making a decision. As a pediatric trauma nurse, I realize how extremely important a good car seat, properly installed, with a proper fit is. However, this car seat had EVERYTHING that I was looking for, so I decided to give it a try. I am SO GLAD that I did. It is literally the easiest seat to install EVER. The fabric is super soft, and doesn't seem to get too hot. I was able to see the Graco 4Ever at a local retailer, and I will say that this seat is nearly identical in size and overall design. I called Graco to get the size specifications in comparison to the 4 Ever, and they were super similar. The best part about this seat is the SnugLock feature that serves as an internal lock-off for BOTH forward and rear facing positions. This was the only seat that I was able to find with this feature, and it is so incredibly easy to use. We can move this seat between our cars in less than 5 minutes and get a rock solid install. We are using it with our 7lb newborn. We have other seats for our 3 older kids, and I am definitely buying a second one of these for our 2 year old when his seat expires next year. Looking forward to seeing other reviews for this product soon, and so glad I found this awesome seat!

Easiest car seat I have EVER used!!

Awkward to tighten strap when buckling baby in seat.

Miss C

I bought this in February 2025 when my grandchildren outgrew their infant carriers. I had planned on installing it in one vehicle and leaving it there, but I ended up having to moving it back and forth between vehicles a number of times.

The anchor strap attaches with clips that are difficult to remove.

The anchor strap is very difficult to tighten. I have to kneel on the carseat and pull upward on the strap with all of my strength and even then, the carseat has way too much movement. The mother of one of my grandchildren is strong enough that she manages to tighten that strap, but with great effort. A friend has Graco car seats for her kids and I've never had any difficulty tightening the anchor straps enough to make the seats snug against the seat of the car. I assumed getting this carseat would be the same. Wrong!

The shoulder straps are difficult to tighten. I never had issues tightening my aforementioned friend's kids' car seats, but this seat is awful. Having experienced installing it into another car on more than one occasion, both of my daughters in-law and one of my sons agree.

It's way too late to return this carseat, but I wanted to leave a review anyway. It's disappointing to spend the kind of money that these carseats cost only to have it become an exercise in frustration with every use. I didn't realize how much I would have to readjust it every time I switched which child was riding in it, and how difficult it would be simply switching it back and forth between vehicles.

Adjusting the straps is a pain.

★☆☆☆☆ (1/5)
Nice looking and it seems well-built, but real-life use has been a nightmare. My daughter (almost 2) falls asleep and her head constantly slumps forward, no matter how I adjust the recline or tighten the harness. The straps are also extremely stiff and hard to tighten/adjust—every single time it's a struggle to get a proper fit. After almost a year of using it, I wouldn't buy it again and I don't recommend it.

Upset

It is ok as a 2nd car seat. My toddler throws up on it every time the ride is over 30mins (wich doesn't happen with his other chair). It doesn't seem as comfortable.

Its just ok.

Harness/Straps are very difficult to adjust. We are very disappointed in this seat. Is this common with this seat? We also purchased a Graco4Ever & it's like night & day. Would like a solution, ideas Graco...

Straps hard to adjust

I bought this car seat and spent the extra money to ensure it would last as well as be safe for my child. The car seat has a foam piece on the head rest that cracked and broke off on one side. The amount of money you spend on a car seat just to have it break is so frustrating. The only thing they are willing to do is offer a small rebate if I purchase something else. Why not fix the issue that obviously has happened to multiple people and replace the broken car seats.

Not worth the money for it to break

Graco TrioGrow SnugLock 3-in-1 Car Seat rear-facing harness 2.2–18 kg (5–40 lb), forward-facing harness 10–30 kg (22–65 lb) and highback booster 18–45 kg (40–100 lb); SnugLock installs in under one minute with vehicle seat belt or UAS. No-rethread Simply Safe Adjust 10-position headrest, 6 recline positions, integrated harness storage and two cup holders.
